General conditions of Sale
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the General Conditions) have as their object the regulation of the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely and made available, via the internet, from the site shop.angelomarani.it All purchases of products and services carried out through the Site (hereinafter, the Purchase Contracts) by users who access it (hereinafter, the Customers) are governed by the General Conditions as well as by the other provisions and operating instructions contained on the Site. In case of conflict between the provisions of the aforementioned provisions and operating instructions and the contents of the General Conditions, the latter prevail. Any operation and / or payment conditions eventually granted to the Customer in derogation from the General Conditions will be valid only if Marex srl has accepted said derogation condition in writing. The provisions of these General Conditions apply equally to all Customers, except for those provisions for which applicability to Consumer Customers only has been expressly provided. "Consumer Customer" means a natural person who purchases the products or services offered by the Site for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out; for the purposes of these General Conditions, it is assumed that the Customer who sends a proposal to purchase products or services by entering their VAT number in the area of the Site relating to the Customer's personal data is not a "Consumer Customer". Articles 50 to 63 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. Marex srl may modify, at any time and without notice, the content of the General Conditions referred to in this document. Any changes made will take effect from the date of publication on the Site, as declared in the heading of the General Conditions themselves.
Purchase procedure
The Customer can purchase the products in the electronic catalog of the site, illustrated in detail on the home page and within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets contained on the Site, respecting the technical access procedures illustrated therein. The publication of the products and services displayed on the Site constitutes an invitation to the Customer to formulate a contractual purchase proposal. The order sent by the Customer has the value of a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions. Correct receipt of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by Marex srl by means of an automatic reply sent to the email address supplied by the Customer. The response is generated automatically by the system and only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal. This confirmation message will indicate the 'Order Number', to be used in any subsequent communication with Marex srl. Each order can be viewed by the Customer on the Site, in his / her personal area, immediately after sending the order up to the moment of fulfillment of the order by Marex srl (communicated to the Customer by updating the information contained in the his personal area and by sending an e-mail). Each Purchase Agreement stipulated between Marex srl and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Marex srl. Marex srl has the right to accept or not, at its discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, for any reason, including compensation, in the event of non-acceptance of the order itself. . The acceptance by Marex srl is considered tacitly granted, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer within 48 hours of sending the order, by means of an e-mail message sent to the address communicated by the Customer. By sending the order, in the various ways provided for in the operating instructions of the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the General and Payment Conditions of described below.
Product prices - delivery costs - product availability
All product prices are clearly indicated on the Site and are inclusive of VAT only. They do not include any additional and different taxes, duties or duties established by the relevant applicable legislation, such as those provided for in the matter of imports.
