RETURNS

If you have changed your mind, you can request the return of a product within 14 days of delivery: you will need to send an email to customercare@angelomarani.com (see section "How to return your purchase") and we will take care to start the procedures for the return. Returned products must not have been worn and washed or altered in any way. Returned products must have all their original labels and their original and undamaged packaging (for more details see the section “Our Returns Policy”). Before proceeding with the return shipment, it is necessary to wait for the return authorization from us. If your return request does not comply with our return policies, we will not be able to accept it. If the product, once returned, does not comply with the conditions indicated in the section "Our return policy) we will send the returned product to you without making a refund.

RETURN COSTS

The return shipment is charged to the customer and the cost of the return will be reversed by the reimbursement of the expenses you incurred at the time of purchase. Italy rate: € 7 Straight rate: € 19.90

REPLACEMENTS

The replacement of a returned item is not possible automatically, therefore you will have to carry out a new purchase process for the garment you wish to receive as a replacement (appropriately checking the availability of the same in the online shop)

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

Write an e-mail to customercare@angelomarani.com specifying the order number and the SKU / Item Code of the product you indicate to return. You will be contacted by our customer service who will open the return procedure. Once the return has been authorized, you will receive a pre-filled shipping slip from our customer service, all you have to do is print it in triplicate by inserting them in the adhesive pocket of the original packaging that you will need to keep and deliver to the courier. We will contact the courier following your instructions (address, days, times, etc.) and notify you confirming the date of collection. If requested, we will instead indicate the office closest to you to which you can deliver the package. The return shipment must be made within 7 calendar days of our return authorization. As soon as we receive the product, we will check its integrity / compliance and proceed with a full refund of the amount paid (minus the shipping cost incurred at the time of return). REFUNDS 1) CREDIT CARDS: the refund will be made within 2/3 working days of receiving the return shipment and in any case after checking the compliance of the return (in this regard, see the RETURNS and REPLACEMENT section and OUR RETURNS POLICY) . Marex S.p.A. will deduct the shipping costs incurred for the return from the refunded amount. The refund will be visible on your online statement within 1/2 working days following the execution of the refund and the following month on the paper statement. 2) PAYPAL: the refund will be made within 2/3 working days of receiving the return shipment and in any case after checking the compliance of the return (in this regard, see the RETURNS and REPLACEMENT section and OUR RETURNS POLICY). Marex S.p.A. will deduct the shipping costs incurred for the return from the refunded amount. The refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 1/2 working days following the execution of the refund. 3) BANK TRANSFER: the refund will be made within 2/3 working days of receiving the return shipment and in any case after checking the compliance of the return (in this regard, see the RETURNS and REPLACEMENT section and OUR RETURNS POLICY). The transaction will take place on the current account indicated by the customer at the time of opening the return policy (the data communicated will be treated by Marex S.p.A. with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with current privacy regulations). Marex S.p.A. will deduct from the refunded amount, in addition to the shipping costs incurred for the return, an additional € 2.00 for commission and processing costs. The refund will be visible on your online statement within 2 working days from the date of the transfer.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Please take care of the clothing you try on as - in case of return - they must be returned in their original condition including packaging and labels.

BAGS

Please handle light colored bags with care. We remind you that dark clothes can transfer part of the color to light bags, damaging them permanently.

SHOES

When you try on shoes, please do it inside an enclosed space, taking care not to scratch the sole and its packaging.
